2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c), 22(c) of NDPS Act.
3. As per allegation, 640 bottles of cough syrup, 100 ml each, were recovered from the vehicle, in question.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Co-accused Sharvan Kumar @ Sarvan Kumar Sah from whose confessional statement, the name of the petitioner was figured has been granted bail. He has further submitted that the petitioner is owner of the vehicle. The petitioner is a person

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-V, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
