1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 329(3), 115(2), 74, 76, 110, 118(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of three cases. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that Umesh Singh assaulted the son of the informant by Garasha causing injury, further other accused persons also assaulted other family members of the informant and they also acted inappropriately with the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation of assaulting the son of the informant is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75548 of 2025(3) dt.30-01-2026 2/2 against Umesh Singh. It is also submitted that daughter of the instant petitioner is going to get married on 20.02.2026, as would manifest from the supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. It is next submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioner and Umesh Singh has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 02.12.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.77681/2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 308 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
