the petitioner was granted privilege of the anticipatory bail, vide order dated 12.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20211 of 2018 however, he could nto surrender within the period of six weeks as such he has filed the present application for modification in the order.

It is also submitted that this petition has been filed on 3.7.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, two weeks' further time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender from the date of receipt of the order and the other parts of the order shall remain intact. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
