That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents specially Respondents No. 2 to 5 to hold an enquiry in respect of PDS License obtained by Respondent No.7 being License No. 1/2022 on the basis of misrepresentation/ false entry regarding age of his father (deceased) in the Aadhar Card and in the enquiry
Patna High Court CWJC No.17911 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 report if the allegation found true against the Respondent No. 7 then cancel his PDS license granted to him on compassionate basis."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
