In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to make correction in the Revisional Survey Khatiyan with respect to the land measuring an area 32 decimal appertaining to Khesra No. 344 situated in Mauza- Vishunpur @ Majlishpur, P.S.- Bidupur, District- Vaishali prepared in the name of petitioner's father.

(ii) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.18661 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file written representation before Respondent No. 2/ Collector-cumSettlement Officer, Vaishali, Hajipur within four weeks.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. On filing of representation within the said period, the said authority shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously.
