2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 181 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim lady. He is in custody since 30.05. 2023.

4. Considering the direct allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
