JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59148 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 01.02.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 59148 of 2017, he has already paid an amount of Rs. 1 lacs to the informant but could not surrender within the time as directed by this Court in terms of the agreement entered into between the parties which is annexed as Annexure -1 to this petition whereby the petitioner is ready to pay an amount of Rs. 2 lacs within a period of four months from the date of compromise. The compromise has been entered on 17.5.2018. In such circumstances, the order dated 01.02.2018 is

No.39480 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 modified to the extent that petitioner is granted further three months time from the date of his surrender before the Court below to make payment of amount as mentioned above and on producing valid receipt of aforesaid payment, the petitioner will be released on same terms and conditions as per order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr.
