2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner had given Rupees Seventeen Lakhs to one Arpit for procuring a job. The victim had introduced petitioner with Arpit. When the petitioner did not get any job, he started demanding his money back from Arpit. Arpit did not return the money. The victim was called by the petitioner to Patna for some work and from Patna he was taken to Madhurapur by the petitioner, Rajkumar and others.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 14.05.2024, and he has clean

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, IX, Siwan/ concerned court in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024.
