The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the allegation in the F.I.R., one loaded pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to that of the co-accused Jitendra Ray, who has been granted bail vide order dated 13.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57566 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019. (Partha Sarthy, J) mdrashid/- U T
