The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.290 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 37(d), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the nature of allegation, defence taken by the petitioner in the bail application and that he is in custody since 16.09.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent, the prayer is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S.
