BAJANTHRI) 07-02-2025 The present civil review petition is filed for recalling the order dated 08.10.2024 passed in M.J.C. No. 3401 of 2024 arising out of CWJC No. 98 of 1992. Insofar as review petitioner had invoked remedy of filing contempt in the year, 2007 namely MJC No. 1348 of 2007 and it was decided on

Patna High Court C. REV. No.327 of 2024(5) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 14.02.2012. Observations made in the aforementioned MJC has been extracted in order dated 08.10.2024. We have also narrated how Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is to be interpreted. Question of review arises only as and when there is a patent error borne on the face of the record in the light of Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC. We have repeatedly asked the review petitioner counsel to address as to how second MJC (Contempt) is maintainable. On this issue, learned counsel for petitioner could not answer. Resultantly, the present civil review petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, civil review petition stands dismissed.
