1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to apply in future if any such process is initiated for allotment under the O.S.O.P. scheme.

2. Learned counsel for the Railway submits that if any scheme is floated in future and the petitioner fulfills the criteria mentioned therein, he is free to make his application for grant of license under the scheme.
