2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5)/132 of BNS & 25(1-B)a/26/27/35 Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, two cartridges were recovered from the possession of the present petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2025 and he has got no criminal antecedent stated in para-3 of the petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District & Additional Session Judge-II Lakhisarai, in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025.
