====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78846 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 that she had eloped with the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO), Sheikhpura/ concerned Court below in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, POCSO Case No. 51 of 2025.
