JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 By order dated 10.01.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.30 of 2018, the appellants and others were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Araria SC/ST P.S. Case No.52 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Araria. However, the appellants could not furnish bail bond uptil now.

Prayer is for extension of time.

For substantial justice prayer for extension of time for further four weeks from today to furnish bail bonds is allowed with condition that appellants shall jointly deposit Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.

Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
