Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to his illness, the petitioner could not surrender before the learned trial court in terms of the order dated 10.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 82110 of 2024. Learned counsel seeks modification of the order dated 10.01.2025 by granting extension of time to the petitioner for surrender before the court concerned.

03. In the light of submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the averment made in the criminal miscellaneous

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76991 of 2025(2) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 petition, order dated 10.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 82110 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court concerned within four weeks from today.

04. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
