Writ petition has been filed challenging the selection process of Angan Bari Sevika and the outcome of the selection process in so far as selection of respondent No 8 for Center No 152 under Gram Panchayat - Bhokhari, Kargahar in the district of Rohtas.

The learned State Counsel submits that the Guidelines

Patna High Court CWJC No.23131 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 provide adequate remedy to the petitioner before Respondent No 6, Child Development Project Officer, Kargahar, Rohtas. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would approach Respondent No 6, Child Development Project Officer, Kargahar, Rohtas in respect of her grievance. In view of such submission and with liberty to avail remedy, in accordance with the extant Guidelines, writ petition is disposed of.
