The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 147, 149, 341, 342, 435, 332, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons caused disturbance before the officials due to which transformer could not be installed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case as the petitioner had protested against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70861 of 2019(2) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 installation of 100 KVA transformer in place of 200 KVA transformer. The same was not liked by the concerned authorities and for the same, the present case has been instituted against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R./complaint case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
