JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-12-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a co-member of the Society and as per letter dated 01.10.2024 issued by the Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies, he deposited share money/membership fee on 09.10.2024 in Patliputra Central Co-operative Bank Limited, the receipt whereof has been annexed as Annexure P13 to this petition.

2. The learned counsel submitted further that as per law, as soon as he deposited the share money/membership fee, his status is that of a full member but still he was not granted the membership.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may file a representation in this respect before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies and if the petitioner does so, the same shall be disposed of within two weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
