JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Recovery of liquor is alleged from a motorcycle. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery of liquor. Submission is that neither the motorcycle is of the petitioner nor liquor is of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Only suspicion is there against the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
