2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 11.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19093 of 2016.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail on 11.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19093 of 2016 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3716 of 2024(2) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the above, the present modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners after a delay of seven years and eight months as well as the reason explained by learned counsel for the petitioners is not proper and reasonable. This Court is not inclined to allow the modification application filed on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra.
5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands rejected.
