Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents Sanskrit Board to grant approval of the appointment of petitioners with orders of payment of their arrears of salary as well as current salary with effect from 1.6.2011 and also to grant other consequential benefits for which petitioners are entitled in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed representations dated 14.9.2018 and 18.10.2024 before respondent no.5 for granting approval of their

Patna High Court CWJC No.18420 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 appointment but same has not yet been considered. He submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to file fresh representation before respondent no. 5 for redressal of grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners file a detailed application before respondent no.5 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event, if such application is filed within the said stipulated period, respondent no.5 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
