The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No.659 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of demand of dowry and for that assaulting the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and he is still ready to keep her. Perused the record, from which it appears that despite direction, the petitioner did not turn up for conciliation and that shows stand taken by the petitioner that he is ready to keep her. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No. 74370 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the conduct, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, it is open to the petitioner to persuade the informant (wife) to reside with him and appear as and when required along with the informant(wife) before the learned court below . While considering the bail application, the learned court below shall consider the aforesaid aspect of the matter. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
