The petitioners seek bail in connection with Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No.58 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the nature of the offence and the allegation that from the bags of the petitioners 32.250 liter and 30 liter liquor was recovered for which they remained in custody since 08.09.2019, their application for grant of bail is allowed. They are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
