Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Karakat PS Case No.123 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner no.1 has thrashed the complainant on the ground, petitioner no.2 has assaulted by Remi and the petitioner no.3 has also assaulted by Remi to the informant's wife at hand and the petitioner no.4 has assaulted by fists and

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat PS Case No.123 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
