The petitioner seeks bail in Jamhore PS Case No. 54 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the IPC. The informant is the maternal uncle of the deceased. It is the case of the prosecution that when he was visiting his in-laws he fell ill and was declared dead when brought to the hospital by the in-laws. The prosecution case alleges poisoning of the victim. The Inquest Report which is considered in para 2 of the case diary also contains an opinion of poisoning. There is an allegation that wife of the deceased has administered poisoning being motivated by illicit relation with some other persons.

In view of heinous nature of allegation this Court, for the present, is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail. This application is dismissed.
