The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kusheshwar Sthan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.08.2019. He further submits that the instant case arises out of the land dispute.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is land dispute and also the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80961 of 2019(4) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Kumar Sudhanshu Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Sthan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019.
