The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 342, 498A, 420,467,471, 120(B), 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the complaint case has been filed after a long delay without explaining the plausible delay which creates doubt over the prosecution version. There is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73683 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific case is made out against them. The petitioners are rotting in custody since 29.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019/ G.R. No. 564 of 2019.
