From perusal of record, it appears that regarding the same prayer C.W.J.C. No. 8494 of 2019 filed by the petitioner, which was disposed of as withdrawn on 23.04.2019 with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Sheikhpura for redressal of his grievances. As such, there is no any fresh reason to entertain the present writ application.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
