Mr.Tarun Prasad Mandal ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-01-2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 2059 of 2023 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground of prolonged incarceration of the petitioner for one and half years.

3. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties

No.79219 of 2023(3) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- 7th or concern court Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 269 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The petitioner shall remain present physically before the learned court below on each and every date. In case of failure on two consecutive dates without any valid reason, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
