Petitioner by filing this petition seeks modification of order dated 18.09.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.57417 of 2019. It is submitted that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the bail petition, in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad has been typed in the aforesaid order. Having considered the facts aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make correction through e-filing in the prayer portion of the bail petition and the order dated 18.09.2019 is modified accordingly.
