Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No.2 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms aCt..

As per FIR, there is allegation that some miscreants have snatched away Rs.1.30 lac from the informant. Petitioner is named in the FIR.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the person who has disclosed the name of the petitioner to the informant has inimical terms with the petitioner as such he has been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his house and he has no criminal antecedent as

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No.02 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that he will co-operate in the investigation and shall appear as and when required..
