Patna High Court CWJC No.22788 of 2019(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 Municipal Corporation, Gaya to make the payment of the admitted dues of petitioner against the supply of De- silting machine along with two number of Dump Tank.

b) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities specially respondent no.4 to make payment of admitted dues of the petitioner ie. Rs. 1,52,86,000/- along with 18% interest, against the supply of De-silting machine along with two numbers of Dump Tank Whereas the petitioner made the supply of De-silting machine alongwith two numbers of Dump Tank as per work order issued by respondent corporation, but in spite of making supply of equipment the payment has not been made by respondent corporation without assigning any reason.

c) For issuance of any other relief or reliefs." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
