ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 20-12-2024 The only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for disposal of the representation dated 28.02.2023 given by the petitioner to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dihri, Rohtas i.e. Respondent No. 4 herein.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that though he has given a representation dated 28.02.2023, the authorities have yet not taken a decision on the same.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the authority concerned for disposing of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17390 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 representation dated 28.02.2023 filed by the petitioner, if not already disposed of.

4. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dihri, Rohtas i.e. Respondent No. 4 to dispose of the representation dated 28.02.2023 made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. In case, the representation is already disposed of, the authority shall communicate the decision to the party.

5. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed.
