The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria (C.N.) P.S. Case No. 365 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of snatching of gold chain weighing about 18 to 20 grams of the informant by the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner, petitioner has not put on test identification parade and petitioner is not named in the FIR. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that petitioner is in judicial custody for about six months, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (C.N.) P.S. Case No. 365 of 2023.
