JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 09.08.2019, seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 317/19 corresponding to G.R. No. 2678/19, dated 08.08.2019, instituted for the offence under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle was found in the house of the husband of the petitioner. The local police was informed that the husband of the petitioner indulges in stealing of motorcycles and selling the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that merely because of the petitioner being the wife of her husband, who is a suspected thief of vehicles, she has been made accused in this case. Regard being had to the aforestated facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72537 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. III (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 317/19 corresponding to G.R. No. 2678/19.
