2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner along with coaccused Md. Raja strangulated the informant's aunt by putting rope around her neck, whereas other accused persons caught hold of her hand.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2025, learned Trial
