JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.272 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 504, 506 of IPC. As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner to stab the informant in the abdomen.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the occurrence took place in the course of scuffle between the children of both the parties. There was no intention and moreover, he is in custody for four and half months, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the impugned order disclosed that the injury was wall deep in the abdomen.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above, at this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74362 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, he is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, after framing of the charge.

With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
