Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 80 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against the petitioner and as such this application is not maintainable. Heard both sides.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on record.
