2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.569 of 2022 for the offences u/s 420, 409, 467, 468, 469, 471, 406, 379 and 120B/34 of the IPC.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek
