JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 844 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of IPC. As per F.I.R. while the informant was coming after withdrawing Rs. 2 lakhs, two miscreants have snatched the cash. F.I.R. is against unknown, later on, petitioner was arrested and his confessional statement was recorded.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been arrested in connection with other case and confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded. He is in custody for 3 months but in spite of that, he has not put on TIP. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70110 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 844 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to appear before the local police station of his area for a period of six months, so that, police may watch his conduct.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P. Nawadah for needful.
