2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 329(4), 74 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, a simple Maarpeet took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82010 of 2024(3) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 and counter case. The injuries, caused by these petitioners, are simple in nature (copy of injury report is at Annexure - 2 to the bail petition). Both parties are on litigating term since long. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 183 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
