JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.06.2019 seeks bail in connection with Pawna P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was waylaid and the petitioner was identified as having snatched the personal belongings of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R but the accusation has been levelled for a different purpose. The father of the informant had a fight with the father of the petitioner over possession of a plot of land. It has

The father of the petitioner has also protested against such false implication and there is a support to the petitioner and his family by the local villagers.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Pawna P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019.
