2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The following order was passed on 23.05.2023:- "Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has looted pan masala which was sold by the petitioner for Rs. 11 lakhs and the police caught him because of technical surveillance of the mobile numbers of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81970 of 2023(4) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 petitioner is rejected herewith."

4. This Court finds no reason to review its earlier order.
