JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-01-2026 After some argument, the petitioner, in person, submits that he shall be withdrawing the present application and shall be taking recourse to the remedy available to him under the law for raising all such grievances which he has raised through the Complaint Case No. 1436 of 2022.
2. In view of such submissions, the present case is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3858 of 2024(3) dt.27-01-2026 3/3 dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to move the competent court, raising all the grievances he has raised under the complaint petition.
3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid observation.
