JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 411, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that police on suspicion arrested the petitioner and other accused person and from the possesion of the petitioner one mobile phone and one master key was recovered and further there is also recovery of some powder, used of which, causes itching. Apart from that petitioner is accused in four cases. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after arrest in this case, petitioner has been remanded in four other cases and he has been in judicial custody since 15.05.2019. Further submission is that the co-accused having similar allegation has already been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71290 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds with further subject to the condition that petitioner has to appear before the Officer-in-Charge of the police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of six months so that the police may watch his conduct during that period.
