Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner is of causing of assault on Shivam Kumar on his head by iron rod. Nature of injury is simple. Informant has implicated all the family members in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is a case and counter case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48286 of 2018(2) dt.18-09-2018 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
