Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406, 420, 468, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this court vide Annexure-4 (series). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
