The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kaler P.S.Case No.21 of 2018 dated 9.5.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner is an Agent of Non Banking Finance Company and on inducement ,informant deposited Rs.15,000/- and in such process they have collected crores of rupess from the customers and thereafter fled away, as such misappropriate crores of rupees.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is only an Agent and not office bearer of the Non Banking Finance Company whereas the other co-accused who

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71868 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 are Manager and the other Agents have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide order dated 11.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4512 of 2019, order dated 11.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14114 of 2019 and order dated 2.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20295 of 2019. She is in custody for three months and ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Arwal in connection with Kaler P.S.Case No.21 of 2018 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the case.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
