====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Umeshananad Pandit, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Informant, namely, Devendra Singh, alleged that on 17.07.2025, at about 03:30 A.M., one villager informed that the informant's grandson has been killed and on reaching there, the informant saw the dead body of his grandson and also saw bruises on his head.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation and only material that has come against this petitioner is that the location of the mobile of this petitioner was found at the place of occurrence. There are also evidence on record regarding

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75821 of 2025(2) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 telephonic conversation among the accused persons. Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2025.
